the area's typical weekend activity. Across the street, there is one of the 4 imposing Gomeros (Rubber trees) that adorn this public space, planted over 200 years
ago by Martin J. Altoaguirre (1742-1813), responsible for introducing hemp, linen and diverse exotic plants, including the Ficus plant.
